Great Staff, but Needs Improvements

I enjoyed a friendly welcome upon arrival, but the room was not up to par. The menu offered limited choices, but the prawn cocktail was fresh. I recommend checking room conditions beforehand. Have dinner early as menu options may vary depending on the day.

Clean, traditional hotel, I loved airy and luxury rooms and exceptional staff. The bed was large, I enjoyed it. The location was stunning and incredible, very close to the garden and the centre of town. Also, Ruislip Golf Club was max 10 minutes walk to.

Great way to end our trip. Brand-new rooms and flexible staff - stylish hotel. Good service, free parking available on site. The easy check-in process too. Unbeatable location and proximity to the subway, 10 mins walk. Busy area and pleasant views. Outstanding and nice food for breakfast.

Beautiful building and rooms with a lovely bathroom. The location easy and ideal by the Tube stop in Ruislip.

We stayed in the old annexe room 1. The ceiling was beamed but the floor above did not appear to have any sound insulation and was extremely squeaky. We could clearly hear the guests above constantly talking and walking about until 2.15 in the morning and we therefore did not have a restful night. We were obliged to complain to the duty manager.

Breakfast was perfect to start the day off, good value for money.

To be rushed into ordering an evening meal by 7.30 pm, and actually sitting down for the meal the atmosphere was pretty dull.

Charming Gardens with Relaxing Atmosphere

The hotel boasts lovely gardens and a cozy bar area with inviting wood paneling. I particularly enjoyed the spacious room and the jacuzzi bath which added a touch of luxury to my stay. Some areas of the hotel appear a bit worn and would benefit from updates.

Conveniently situated near Ruislip Station so easy to get to. Quietish location with plenty of car parking space & pretty garden. They serve a very nice afternoon tea. We attended a dinner there in the evening and the food & service were excellent.

On checking in i was amazed how lucky we were to find such a lovely hotel, the reception was gorgeous!! The rooms were really clean, with everything you need and the staff were really helpful.. Would definatley recommend staying here, we stayed in the garden rooms. Only a couple of minutes walk to the tube and less than 20 mins to Wembley Stadium, so easy to find just lovely!!! Breakfast was great and we also had a bar meal which they served all day.. Brilliant!!!

Only small grumble was that we were rushed out at breakfast, they served breakfast 7:30-9:30 and we arrived about 9:10 happily enjoying breakfast and just gone half past we were asked to move into the next room as they wanted to relay the tables and that the breakfast food was being removed so we couldn't get anymore??? Im not sure but if it says they serve breakfast 7:30-9:30 what happens to the people who arrive just before 9:30?? Anyway its only a small thing and is not something that would put me off going again and recommending...

Initial welcome was efficient. Quite pleasant location for somewhere in a town.

Superficial refurbishment of room. Smell of cigarettes. Noisey people outside from early hours. Had to collect own newspaper from reception. Not enough parking spaces.
